Jacking up the rear

Where would be the best place to posistion a floor jack to lift the
rear of the car?
I expect to install a GM Performance exhaust, and a skip shift eliminator when I get
delivery [3000 8/03]

Don't jack on suspension components, unless you know what and why... An area where the suspension mounts to the car is usually a good place, maybe if this is BTT someone with the car can help you.
The factory jack pads, normally in front of the rear wheels, or behind the front wheels, should be a good place to put jack stands.

There should be 4 hardpoints on the bottom. Get a good set of jackstands and some tire chocks. (yea useless answer I know...)

Is it in the owners manual? Does the car come with a scissors jack? You need the spare option for it right?

If you dont have your own jack then you wont be jacking it up period bacause the new camaros dont come with jacks. I guess they figure since your not getting a spare tire with these sweet rides then you dont need a jack. I know that doesnt awnser your question but figured I would give you the heads up on the no jack situation!
