Might Be Seeing New Incentives Soon

Went by to rickhendrickchevy.com down the street from me here in charleston, sc. This is a large dealer that moves a lot,of vehicles. They can be a little difficult to deal with so I stopped buying there in the '90s.
All of their camaros had Hendrick Camaro packages options totaling $794-993. Consisting it tint an nitrogen, etc. the normal BS.

Why do I think there will be national incentives soon?
They had 71 Camaros on the lot! 71!!!
I realize this is just one dealer, but never have I seen any inventory like this.
And hendrick is too smart to screw up ordering like this.
Bring on the incentives This spring Chevy!

Our local Chevy dealers are over stocked too , they have already put 3500.00 incentives on them from the dealer so maybe they know the manufacture is goin to do something ... Even on the 2013 camaro there is a 1500.00 incentive

$3500 from the dealer? They must be getting $1000-1500 dealer cashback which the public is not aware of.
But the thing that gets me is that they have 71 plus they added additional dealer bs options for additional profit.
This is the same dealer I told you guys about last month that had 5 zl1s with $10,000 ADM. They now have 4.
I know car dealers are all about maximizing "per unit profit". But a big fail when you have almost as many camaros as you do pickups. At least the trucks have $6500 off.

I wish I could've gotten incentives but I bought when they first came out

Crazy though that they have that kind of stock

GM has been channel stuffing for some time now. Most models have a six month inventory stacked up.

Gas prices appear (to me) to be advancing faster than last year. This is a car in its 4th model year and I think sales could be more sensitive to gas price swings than in prior years.

I actually was going to buy one from then, but I had better luck working with a salesman at the Hendrick Jeep lot in North Charleston.

Ahh, the same swagled from edmunds town hall the intrigue section?

Wonder if Hendrick got paid by GM to take extra cars or they got extra trucks by taking more camaros?
Heck this is charleston,sc. There are 600,000 people in the tricounty area and 5 chevy dealers. Who orders 71 camaros? This is not a major city. Not too mention I think I remember seeing a few more on their storage lot 2 miles away.

Reason they have so many is because they are overpriced!
