[ACE5] Fbody Gathering Planning - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

We are 3 weeks away from the Fbody gathering and I want to make sure things this year go as smoothly as they have in the past. I haven't heard of a lot of us registering so I want to make sure you guys get registered under ACE5/Camaro5 so we can get our usual parking arrangements. (spots are reserved by registration and you must have paid to be able to park with us!)

Also, we need to see who is planning on coming and what days so we can plan for pop tents, chairs, drinks, ect.

If you are coming make sure you register and list ACE5 and post your name and I'll keep a list updated. This is a local event not to miss. We always have a great time.

I am unsure whether I will be able to come this year. The early Memorial Day has made things difficult for me. I'm going to try to make a decision by the weekend, depending on family. I hate to miss, so I'm going to try to make it! Look forward to seeing everyone if so. I won't be staying at the hotel this year, but doing the day registration if I come.

We'll only be there for the day. I can bring a cooler for the day if that will work. We'll bring chairs for ourselves. Have you thought about any food?

All I have is a camaro to bring stuff, But I have some tents and a couple of coolers, let me know what you need and I'll see if I can fit it in my car!

If you can bring a pop tent and one cooler that would be great. Make sure you bring yourself a chair and an extra if you have one!
