I assume you mean Gary's Customz ZL1 Front Splitter right?
Definitely!! Because the car is so low, the underside of the splitter will scrape as opposed to the front bumper itself. Notice how I beveled mine, it makes it look 100 times better than how it came, no disrespect to Gary's Customz but this is how they should've been done. But definitely worth the $150 or whatever.

Picked up my Kooks Headers from Specialized Coatings in Huntington Beach today. They did an awesome job on the black ceramic powder coating both inside & out. Improved performance, durability, lower operating temps and under hood temps and just looks plain out badass!

Well,
I'm so glad I made the connection with Dialed In Performance, we were talking today about having a big Dyno Day/BBQ/Car show at their new spot on PCH. He's all for supporting the Southern Cali Camaro Clubs, they really know their shit & have an AWD Mustang Dyno, and Johnny the owner is cool as hell, ex pro bike racer and top mechanic along with his crew of Juan & Jesse...Big things are going to come out of this shop!

My Kooks Headers got wrapped today with Thermo-Tec for keeping them super cool, then they'll paint the Thermo-Tec tape black tomorrow, and bolt those headers up there along with the ZR1 plugs & ZR1 MAP. Added the Billet Idler pulley and got those pulleys a ***** hair apart, then we just have to button her back up and hit the Dyno for the tune! Then hopefully off to Ruby's Cruise/Meet night in Hermosa.

Thanks bro, yup Tracy is a cool dude! Just talked to him and he's getting me a new pulley out ASAP.

Just got a goodie box from Showstoppers , so that engine compartment will look even better soon!

Well then, turn your sound up!

I wasn't able to stay for the whole tuning process, cause the wife wanted to check out the Fiesta Hermosa down at the beach and I had already spent about 3 hours at the shop going deaf

Some impressions: I drove the car pre-tune, since the Kooks LTs were now installed, and running catless I'm pretty impressed that the car isn't really loud during normal cruising which was a concern. Engine felt very smooth, much more responsive. I definitely want to drop in pulley size from the 3.8 down to a 3.2 for more boost. We'll see, I'm just happy to have at this stage and now put some miles on it and see what needs to stay or change.

Thanks Brother P!!! The Kooks headers really opened up everything in this beast & I'm so glad I went with them & no cats. Our tuner works for Edelbrock tuning their production pieces all day long, so he really knows how to milk these engines & blowers. He loaded the Dyno tunes for me on my SCT handheld & my ITSX app so I use my iPad also, and we really utilized the Meth system for both safety & power. I'd rather not post specific dyno numbers cause I like to play the sleeper role , but lets just say that when I plant my right, it snaps necks like a shark bite!

Nikos, thanks for the awesome comment bro & I wish I had the whip back home in the Dirty Jerz....some day bro, just bring a neck brace!

WE ARE.....Penn State! Big game for you guys tomorrow, I'm already down with the Lions at -5 for some large, now up to 6-6.5 pts...Easy $$$ Nikos....Lions ROLL! Actually flying in to Philly in the morning, Eagles home opener/Business and the NFL schedule maker wasn't kind to me as a season ticket holder. Not one back to back home game, home/away all season.....Looks like I'll be racking up the SW Rapid Rewards!

Hear's how we roll Philly Style....
25" 1973 Winnebago with custom Eagles paint job, 3' Yellow metal fabricated beak on the front, usually 30-40 people at our tailgate, so if you're ever down town during a home game let me know........And who knows, maybe you'll get lucky and I'll bring you down on the field & make some new friends

But really, thanks for the compliments....It' was my goal to have the baddest F**K'n car around And it's still not done. Stayed tuned....
