Cool 8/24/13 meeting

Me and Elvis will be there if the creek don,t rise and the Good Lord is willing.

Sent the two front Polished alum. Wheels to Spec Wheels, had both re polished and curb rash on one repaired...they look great........had new Pirelli,s put on them, pulled off the Midnight Silver spares and installed original wheels back on Elvis......Rock N Roll...............

Spec Wheel does excellent work...try them out...mention my name and our Club.....
Free pick up and deliver.....

Plan to get the curb rash on MS wheels repaired also....

Used 100 ft pounds when I installed the original wheels back on Elvis...have read 140 ft lbs is. Required.....your thoughts on this ??......

Do you see lite blue paint color on the shoulders of the lug nuts (inboard end)? If so, I've read these are to be torqued to the 100 ft-lb spec. That's what I use and never had a problem. 140 is TOO MUCH for me!

Plan to keeps close eye, check, recheck until I see that this torque setting works.

Hey guys, I've got some nitrous stuff forsale if anyone is interested! Kenne Bell boost a pump (new), digital window switch (NIB), used Zex bottle, lines, and pills. I'm going to try to make the meet this afternoon, if I do I'll bring all of this if someone might want it.

This meeting turned out good, we had 8 members show up, nice line up but we were hoping for more. Pictures was taken and will be displayed of the 8 Camaro,s.

Had some good conversations and we again learned things about our cars that some of us did not know.

We ate at the Ranch, food is good and excellent onion rings...

Next meeting is September 14, 2013 at The Ranch on the Tyler Loop, next to Toys are Us store.

Please try to make this meet, need more Camaro,s to show up and join with us before the MUSTANGS begin to take over.....can,t have that, can we....so lets go...come to the Club Meet

Also we are planning a cruise to Palestine, Texas and visit the Cars Of Palestine Car Club at Herschel,s Drive inn on the first Saturday in October 2013....more information to come about this event.

Some of you guys tell us what would be helpful for you to remember the meeting dates and times....what more could we do to help ?
Give us some feedback and suggestions.

Good meet today, just Need more to join us......looking for "A CONVOY" of Camaro,s........

Later,
