Maybe the female side of that connection is damaged somehow. They can split if over tightened. Those -4 fittings with the o-ring built into the tape seal amazingly well as long the o-ring is good.

Got the correct part today. Thanks agp for the great support. I got the wrong fitting for a British thread in the s261. I'm hoping that was the reason it was leaking.

Go here
https://www.knfilters.com/search/universal.aspx
and search by dimensions

Might be this one:
RU-2510

Same filter on AGP's site

Kevin/Ben,
I'm losing boost in 3rd and 4th. Hitting 14.5 psi in lower gears, then dropping to 10.5 at the traps. Will call Monday to dicuss.

What springs in the gates? What boost controller and how is it hooked up. They three things define boost control.

8 lb. springs. Go Fast Bits. Pretty sure it's hooked up right. Doesn't seem to happen at lower boost levels. Is it possible that a coupler is leaking?

Can I see how the scavenger pump should be setup? I have a straight hose barb on the inlet, a 90* on the outlet into the filter, and the pump makes contact w/ the sway bar (at least with the car on stands, wheels hanging)

MY AGP TWIN KIT IS AMAZING

So I built a 416 stroker this last winter 9.8:1 compression with plans to boost at some point, zl1 pump, 150 nitrous shot
Gm Ported heads , lingenfelter gt14 can , fast intake nick Williams throttle body and ran it all summer with kooks headers and 3” exhaust , my exhaust was a bit obnoxious so instead of installing resonators I decided to install agp twin turbo kit , I upgraded to 57/62 bow journal bearing turbos , 1000cc injectors msd bap so far at 11 psi this car is a great daily driver and an outright killer when I push the throttle
I ran 11.6 1/4 this summer on my nos and I know the car has way more power even at 11psi
I will be putting it on the dyno this spring to see where I can get it to but I’m sure 800 is an easy target if i’m Not hitting that already
At 60 Mph in 3rd if I mash the throttle it spins the tires easily and I’m running 315 35/20 rears
I can’t wait to hit the track next spring and really run it hard
A huge tip of the hat to AGP turbo for a great kit
I highly recommend it

So this is the best I can do and the tune is maxed out? Stock 2010 A6 base TT kit, 91 pump gas. 18" NT05R's leaving @ 1500. Is this the best I'm gonna get w/o more go fast parts (stall, gears etc)?

If you have enough fuel supply then you can do a lot better by putting in race gas, and tuning it at a higher boost level.
If you want it to drag race well, the next mod you should do is a circle D 3800 stall. That will put you in the 10's.
