I like the car a lot. You have to love the look and the performance too. The tilt wheel is a big plus. I wish I had one like that.
The only thing I would add to it right away would be the clock. Not having the clock while having the otherwise full instrument package on a '69 Camaro is a pet peeve of mine. It was not possible to order the console guage package without a clock so it looks wrong to me. Recreations often do not have the clock. My guess is the builder was unwilling to cut the dash bezel in order to add it or they could not obtain all the hardware. It's not too difficult to add a clock after the fact but some of the mounting hardware is very difficult to find and not reproduced. You could have ordered the tach option only and you would get a center fuel guage in the middle OR you could get the whole guage package including the console guage pack, tach, and center clock OR the just keep the base guage setup plus the center guage clock. -Mark. If the car is real or not, it still is a great looking car. A reproduction, recreation, clone, ect is a great way to have the car you want without having to worry about losing value because of driving and enjoying it, Driving these cars is what its all about. And weather its 100% correct or not, its their car and as long as they are happy with it and enjoy it thats all that matter.

yes shank, i know its a recreation. I do know a thing or two about 69 Camaros and own one, worked on several restorations on them too. I noticed some discussion on if it was real or recreation and my comment was to say that who cares if it is real or not, its a beautiful car and the owners love the car, they are the only ones that have to be happy with the car. I would love to have that car myself.
