4.10 Motive 218mm Diff

Looking to trade my 4.10 diff for a 3.91 diff with factory bushings. I'm looking for a low mileage 3.91 with factory posi not abused. You will get a diff with factory bushings and or Hendrix off-set bushings if you prefer. Motive 4.10 REM polished, Tru-Trac REM polished and bearings have 700 miles on it from new. Basically all but the case is brand new. I realize I'm trading for something of lesser value but I need to experiment and willing to deal.

Pm me if interested.

Damn...I just put in a 3.91 rear end (that had your old 3.91 gears inside it, I believe). If I hadn't JUST installed it this weekend, Id have probably jumped on this. Could have made your stuff go full-circle lol. Don't feel inclined to do the swap again anytime soon though

Car seems to like 3.91 but I think it would have liked 4.10s even better. Oh well, this is probably better for my down the road boost anyhow

Darn you - I need a rear end 2 weeks ago! I couldn't have given you a 3.91 - but I sure would have paid cash for that! The M6 guys with 3.91's and big nasty cam's should be lining up to make this trade with you.

Damn you are too far and I have a 3.91 that I am going to want to switch down the line but I need something beefier to hold that power that I want to add.

Not too many options for a beefy 4.10 unless you want to solid rear axle, or one of the $5k+ IRS setups from Strange or Lingenfelter. The LPW cover, if you haven't looked into that already, is a good piece of insurance. It has a pair of bolts that tighten down externally onto the ring gear caps, which helps them hold the ring gear in place. Additionally, it helps the aluminum housing better hold it's shape than the stock cover.

I just need a axle and a diff that can handle up to 1K in HP
I know I would need to get a new driveshaft as well.
I am in the process to get a 416ci forged stroker
Lets see and good luck with sale OP
