good price on this exhaust but im not sure it its a good idea to buy it on Amazon. Opinions?

I don't see why not. Amazon is a highly trusted source and the product also appears to be shipping directly from Amazon and not a third party source. Seems like a win to me...

I would probably buy it on Amazon before I would buy it anywhere else, except for maybe Summit or Jegs. But I am also an Amazon fanboy.

I also spend a lot of money on Amazon (Prime baby!). If it is stocked and fulfilled by Amazon, you are totally safe and may even get your shipment faster than most other companies.

TBH if amazons prices are close to competitors i go with amazon on the sole fact I know the order will start being filled immediately. I also have prime. Can't beat getting 2 day shipping on most of the stuff that's on there.

YES, its also $230 cheaper that anywhere else, thats a lot of money! No tax too

I got scammed on exhaust system on Amazon once. They gave me a full refund but it took a couple of weeks.

Good to know, I am goint to call and check to see that it is in stock and new, it says the order is fufilled by Amazon so thats a plus.

Summit said they would price match but I would have to pay tax. But it gets dropped shipped directly from Flowmaster so I know it would be a new fresh system. Tough choices

Just a little note, Amazon has been really to buy from, several of my buds have purchased things on there and all is good. That system is what I installed on my SS and got it from Phastek for 959, SHIPPED. For their 4th of July sale, everywhere else it was 1066.00, with shipping, so I would purchase it, they get their stuff from the manufacture's just like anybody elsedoes.. Good luck

The one you posted said it's fulfilled by Amazon, they take full responsibility for everything they ship. It gets dicey when you go to more sellers and you buy from a source that deals with them without any feedback, and even then Amazon will make right on their end. But you are good to go on this one.

Awesome dude! Gonna come in a big ass box that weighs about 80lbs. Mine was not packed very well but the tips were wrapped really good with plastic and bubble wrap, no damage to them, but the pipes moving around in the box chipped some of the black paint off the mufflers, no biggie, I have hi temp black paint..Good luck and enjoy it !! I sure do !!

I had a feeling the black paint might be scratched up, I have a bomb can on standby if necessary.
