Nationals in MD

Well, like Carlisle, it was a washout. Still had fun though.

Hey Dan, nice pictures! Thanks for getting some shots out in the lot Friday night. Had fun with all your friends and buddy's!
I'll post up my pictures the next couple of days most on my phones and some off my regular camera.
Hope the trip back was a good one, we made it most of the way back through PA until we got up around NY and rode along in some light rain but nothing like Saturdays rain out.
Took a second in class 16 stock Camaro.
Would be nice to get some more members from our club to come along next year!

Nice to see you and the young lady Bud! We enjoyed the trip in spite of the washout!

We took some back roads that went through Amish country and even got to play a little bit with a BMW. He gave me a big thumbs up as we went different ways. We took it a little easy and stayed way off my rear since the roads had blind turns over hills and 15% grades. It was awesome and the reason we always take back roads off the beaten path. I think is was 209.

Looking forward to your pictures and yes, it would be great if a bunch of us all went, as you can tell, the group that I meet at these shows is super friendly and love to have new friends anytime. That parking lot bash is usually half the fun! We call it "The Back Porch" and that is why I named my forum "The Back Porch". You are all welcome to join. I don't know if it's ok to post a link on this forum, so PM me if you want it. It's all that gang from all over the US and Canada that try to meet at these events. Our next one is in Bakerstown, PA at Tom Henry's.

Ok, here are some of the pictures I took during the show week.

Candy's car all cleaned up for the show with her new stripes!

Oh, that's a sign I bid on at the Friday night auction and had Scott the FBODFATHER sign it for me! That's going in the "Man Cave"

Lots of high end cars in the concourse building and I was impressed with the amount of detail in every one of them.

How many times do you see that many Hot Wheel cars lined up in a row?

Sorry on the quality on some of these are off one of my phones.

Will post up some more later.

Excellent Charlie!
A couple of points of interest from your pictures.
The white 2013 (upgraded to 15) COPO is Jerry Noonans, he is the guy that was hanging in the parking lot with us along with his daughter. He and his son also had two of the 4th gen Berger cars in the building.

The Intimidator SS is for sale, I didn't even ask!

The white B4C car (Arrive Alive) was Scott Settlemires car in GM. It was sold and taken all apart. Someone found it and called Scott to ask about the numbers. He had them check a small dent he knew was there and hidden and it was it. So they bought it and put it all back together and that is what you see.

Be great if a few came to the show in MD. We really do have a good group and a good time.

Figured if that Intimidator Camaro was for sale it was big bucks.

Wish I keep my Intimidator Monte Carlo SS after seeing that car at the show.

The Brickyard car was a #1 car also. Did that one get sold also?

Any of you guys have a show field picture? Just wondering how much it has changed since 2011. Looks like the exhibit balls were worth the trip with very nice cars there.

If you go to my link, you will see some of the rainy show field.
I would get them and post the link, but I am blocked in work
