The car was "scheduled" to be delivered by 3/15. I had the conquest offer and a trade, so I went ahead and got it out of the way, much like you are thinking about doing. From there, it was vague emails that kept implying an impending delivery. After weeks of waiting, I called GM. The car is still in Lansing, Michigan. Has not moved since it was built. I called the dealer and finally they found out what I had learned from GM. Now I cannot get an answer as to when my car will move. Neither GM nor the dealer have "any control" over it. I'm sure Bank of America won't care about that when my first payment is due in a little over a week. I've emailed the dealer since and I've gotten nothing. Somewhere out there is a $47,000 car that I'm paying for and do not have in my possession. My advice to you is to wait it out. You'll feel horrible if you see your entire TPW group get their cars and yours is stuck in limbo.

My car (2SS coupe) was built 2/15 and quickly moved to 4300, then back and forth between that and 4B00 a few times, then it's been sitting at 4B00 in Lansing ever since. I've been getting the same kind of "can't do anything about it" answers as rallyyellow. This morning Becky suggested I have the dealer call the Dealer Service Center, which I am doing today. Many people are having much better luck, but random long unexplained delays can obviously happen with the 3rd party logistics vendor Chevy is using, so buyer beware.

Agree, it seems to be pretty rare, but personally I won't be signing anything before I see the car, and I would recommend the same to everyone else.
