In that case you it would be a 4:1 ratio (4 parts paint:1 part thinner)

For example if you put in 8 pints paint (1 gallon), then you would put in 2 pints thinner (1 quart) for a total of 5 quarts (1 gallon 1 quart).

Do not take 8 pints and divide by four to get 2 pints of thinner. This creates a 3:1 ration, not the 4:1 that you need.

Gonna paint my wagon with it

no really, you can find lots of thread where folks used the small cans of it to paint a motorcycle or a car using a roller or brush.

Ill be using a spray gun so it should look even better but have seen stuff first hand done with a paint roller and it looked like a pro spray job.

Plus the wagon is all beat up, painting right over 90% of the chrome trim n such, blacking the whole thing out, adding more skulls.

I was gonna remove all the trim, but it would of been a chore, someone said just paint it all, did a test on just the back with a rattle can and liked it.

After I bought these neat skull reflective decals for the rear tail light and took a pic, realized how weathered it has become. And needs a cheap face lift.

Just dunno how to pull it off and not have to explain it all the time

Maybe get it printed onto a magnetic sheet, to add or remove as needed.

Dame rain, no paint today.

Though kinda good, the muric acid Im using to get ride of rust found lots more lose paint then I had thought was even possiable.

Guessing any where the paint had cracked over the years, of course had hidden rust and when the acid got down in there and ate the rust, there was nothing to hold the paint on. Down the top of both front fenders is bare metal now. Nice shiny bare metal from the acid

1 step above a rattle can job, aircompressor gave me a fit, ended up having to keep it close to get any coverage.
Tried to hotwire it but must have some thermal temp switch in the motor that won't let it run very long. Was awful hot in the shed and it kept poopin out before it was filled.

I only painted the front end and the 4 doors since they were easily taped off from the rest. Now I just gotta finish.

Ill run my turd against your turd any day of the week, no really.

Long as both cars weigh the same at the starting line AKA you'll have a trunk, a back seat and a lap full of 40lb sand bags, then you will appreciate what it takes to get a real car moving off the line
