So do you think the New Ecoboost mustang will be called the SVO model or just Mustang with the Ecoboost Badging cause that would be really lame.

So the cars will be on lots in the next month or so and still no full reviews are out?

You can actually build and price one on the ford website, also I got my answer to my question seems like it will be called the Ecoboost mustang turbo 4 model <sigh> such a sucky name for a performance car. Did ford not try and retrademark SVO or something cause mustang and Eco anything should be combined at all IMO. Oh and Chevy if u do decide to make a 6th gen turbo car don't dare put Eco or anything wimpy sounding name for it.

However, I don't feel Mustang Ecoboost is the best either. Mustang EB even sounds better and conveys the same message.

Yea the SVO was above the GT during that time but it also was a 2.3 turbo 4 so that was me trying to Justify using the SVO name. I am pretty sure some mustang diehards or even if I were tempted enough to get a newer mustang with the turbo motor I would have Badges made that were SVO badging restyled in the newer 5.0 font type.

But in the end that's just the opinion of this one man and shouldn't be considered anything more than that.

I do agree with u that the 3.5 with the Navigator tune would be more in line of what the past SVO was and is the new mustang platform designed to accept the 3.5 EB motor?

Well the only provisions it would need is room for the turbos and piping. It already has the NA 3.7, which has the same block and thusly motor mounts as the 3.5 EB. It also has provisions for an intercooler and it's return to TB piping from the 2.3 setup. All that would be in question is can they get the exhaust manifolds to turbo and turbo to intercooler piping right.
