They may fit on the rims... just a little rolled on the sides but, depends on the offset of the wheels if they will fit in the wells.

How about a list with recommended offsets and spacings to fit properly? something to stay in the wheel wells and still clear the breaks without spacers.

Largest Tire On 18" Heritage Wheel?

Can someone please let me know the largest tire (widest and tallest) that will fit on the rears using the stock 18" Heritage wheel? Thanks.

Thatīs my set that I thinking about use for track days... my car is a 2011 Camaro SS A/T Supercharged by Edelbrock E-Force (cat and muflers deleted)

Megan Racing coilovers;
Hotchkis Sport Front + Rear Sway Bar Set;
Hoosier R6 315/30 ZR 18 (front / rear);
Forgeline F14 18x11 (front/rear);

Would itī be good? Fast on the corners? Any problem to install this wheels/tires?

Thanks for help!

Tony,

What's the widest sidewall tire I can put on my Camaro SS 20" wheels?

Current stock tires:

Fronts: 245/45-20
Rears: 275/40-20

If I'm understanding this correctly, my rear tire's heighth is 40% of its width. Is there a 275/50-20 and 245/55-20 that is available and will that rub against the inner liner when hitting a bump?

My suspension is stock, not lowered in any way.

Are there 18" wheels available in a width that accomodate tires other than drag radials? I'd be willing to remove the Brembo calipers and go with standard calipers.

I know I've asked this before in different ways but I'm just tired of this Hotwheels look. The wheels are just too big in relationship to the tire sidewall. I want a more balanced look with less thin looking tire sidewalls.

Could you please recommend a combination of wheels and tires that will give me a larger sidewall tire and less rim.

I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

I have a 2010 pace car, minus door decals. Looking at wheels for it. I'm looking at Savini sv53 with orange accents. Anyone have a camaro with these wheels? Also how do you think they would look?

Anyone know what would be the best tire setup for filling out the rears on the factory 19 x 8's? Mine is lowered, and I like the raked look so I want something a little taller, and wider.
Thanks.

I have 20x9 - 245/45/20 front ....... 20x10 - 275/40/20 back. Basically, aftermarket rims with stock tires.

I drive a lot and do not want to lower the car due to clearance.. what size tire can i go with that give the apearance of having the car lowered, in other words, higher/taller to kinda fit in the wheel well better. I cannot go wider as you can see on the pics as reference.

I hope i'm making sense, thanks.

Nine Ball . . .

It is coming to time to replace the original tires on the 2010 2SS/RS . . . 17K on the tires.

What is the biggest tire I can get on those stock rims . . . I have not changed the suspension from stock and don't plan to . . . I'm weird . . . I like the stock rims.

But, would like to max out the tire size on them without rubbing.

You seem to be in the know, Bro!
