TR6060 M10 vs M9

Hey all. I'm getting ready to put a 2015 Z/28 TR6060 into my 2010 2SS. The stock 6060 broke the output shaft. Does anyone have a spec sheet showing differences between the 6060 that comes stock in the 2SS vs the 6060 from the Z/28? Thanks!

Never heard of her - M9 in Z/28?

Sorry, couldn't resist. Only 6-speeds for the TR6060. Output shafts in the 2010 were brittle. Best just to replace the output shaft in your current TR6060 and have fun.

My brief research indicates the Z/28 TR6060 has the same gear ratios as the ZL1
2012–2015 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 2.66 1.78 1.30 1.00 0.80 0.63 2.90

Z/28 specs here

The 2010 6060 is gone. I have a brand 2015 Z/28 6060 going in soon. Yes, I know all the manual transmissions were 6 speeds. I was referring to the RPO codes between the SS and Z/28.

My understanding is that the Z28 and 1LE have the same ratios. 5th & 6th are different from the ZL1.
5th: 0.74
6th: 0.50

yes the Z/28 has .74/.50 5th/6th gears but there is advertising out there that says .80/.63 like the ZL1

I have both 2014 and 2015 Z/28 transmissions and both have .74/.50 5th/6th gears....

The ZL1 I had with .80/.63 gear set had a much more usable 5th/6th gears and didn't kill the rpm so bad..... maybe a change is in the works
