More importantly than black wheels going out of style....

Will these ugly ass rims with rubber bands go out of style? Its getting pretty annoying that things come stock with that garbage on it. (SS CAMARO rims ftl)

I like the black rims, its just some cars/ people make them look bad. Especially when people take off their hubcap covers to fake black rims.

I have a black 2ssrs on order and I'm planning on tinting the windows and lights and painting the bezels black. I can't imagine putting anything but black rims on it.

I'm with Tim. It's just a trend and trends go away. I'm too oldschool and a set of 15x8 Rallies on every car would be good. just my 2cents.

I feel the same way for sure! But I think most people like the RUBBER BAND look. They look like the truck tires from 1920's or before, the low profile rubber! IMO

I like black rims with the chrome lip. I think all chrome is ugly.

rubber band tires??? i know what your talking about but the profile on mose cars wit ha 22" wheel is far from "rubber band" your meaning a profile series like 20 on a 24" tire. most cars with smaller wheels still have a low profile, you just dont notice it as much because the wheels arent as large. the tires are still lo pro though.

IMO Any tire with a low profile series of 20,30,even 35,With rims of any size 16" to 20+" are" rubber band tires." The size of the rim does not matter. It's the small amount of rubber from the rim to the road maybe app. 2" more or less makes them look like large Rubber Bands IMO
Does anybody agree with me ?
