Right now it looks like the Camshaft Actuator Solenoid failed. Probably the spring broke. I get a new one tomorrow to verify, but no misfires happened on bank 2 and bank 1 ran fine except for the car rocking.

Replaced the Camshaft Actuator Solenoid and everything works now. Started it up, revved it up, and even drove it around the block with no problems. I do have a lot of tuning to do though, slight hesitation when I get on the gas, the intake cams are closing too late for low RPM right now.

The only problem I have now is the supercharger is very loud, don't know if its from the new bearings or if the impeller is louder than the old one. It doesn't sound like metal to metal contact and the supercharger itself isn't getting hot (should be an indicator of something really rubbing). Will have to look around that area to see if something is hitting.

Got into boost yesterday and it only made 6 PSI at 5500 RPM with the 3.33" pulley, same as it did before. So if the cams took any away the new impeller added it right back. I took the supercharger off though to investigate some noise that was coming from it and the impeller seal is leaking, so I have to wait to get a new one. Now I'm just going to leave the supercharger off so I can drive the car and tune the cams for NA. Car sounded mean though when I was WOT though with the exhaust ported.

Car is running good so far, still working on the tune though. Engine is producing more vacuum at WOT so the boost going down is correct. Going to keep it NA till at least next Friday, going to the track and race against my wife's Mustang V6 bolt-on vs bolt-on. Be like old times.

Hey magnum, I know the 80mm TB needs a tune since we have the LLT version (with ported LFX manifolds), what did you modify in the parameters in the tune for the TB? My car keeps stalling after a second or two. Thanks.

Throttle Body Airflow table, it gives the ECU an idea of how far to open the throttle body to meet a certain airflow requirement. If to meet an airload of 20%, the airflow must be 3 lb/min, so it will open the throttle 6% (numbers are pulled out of thin air). There can be a little bit of difference between expected and actual, but too much and the ECU has no clue what to do. I setup my VCM scanner to get the average airflow per what the commanded electronic throttle body actuator is.

I appreciate it, I'll see what my tuner does as im waiting on some parts to complete the intake set up. I want to change the intercooler outlet piping to 3" all the way through. Would you happen to know off hand what pipes you did? Im going to look through your thread since I believe you said it somewhere.

I can't remember all the different pipes I used, but I bought a lot of silicone elbows and straights. I also have 2 BOV's in the mix too.

Drove with the supercharger and 3.125" pulley on, miss having the car with this power. I'm running the same fueling I had with my 2.95" pulley and even though I have less boost my engine is running leaner so I'm getting more air into the engine now. I have yet to test the auxiliary fuel system, want to get a good before and after to see how well it works.

Just had an interesting test run, with 5 degrees of timing removed and 2 psi lower than my 11.2 run, my new setup ran the 65-95 mph in the same time. Going to cement the stock internal #1 spot Friday probably. I still consider it stock internal since I didn't change anything inside the block.

Holy crap I just tested my auxiliary fuel system and it was insane. Only 25% duty cycle and it shaved 0.4 seconds off my 65-95 mph time. It provided 5% extra fuel. Only issue is during the initial hit my main fuel pressure drops to 30 PSI but then climbs back up to 55. Not much I can do about it since it has to fill up a lot of space.

Incredible, wow .4!! That's almost unreal!! That's really gonna help out. How high are you going to run the duty cycle when you test next? What's the projected percent during a full run?

I appreciate it. Mines not to different than the IPF to TB tube so maybe one day I'll test out bigger hoses
