Lift or storage rack

My kid is buying a house with a 4 bay detachable garage with a high ceiling & he is allowing me to store my 1LE there for the winter. But, he has 3 kids & would feel safer if my car was racked. So, can anyone recommend a brand of 4 post lift or rack that would hold my Camaro up in the air 4 to 5 months at a time ? I would prefer to buy "Made in the USA" but NOT if the price is astronaumical (sp?) Thanks !!!!

I've been doing a little research lately on this very subject. It seems that Rotary and Mohawk are made here. Given the recent recall on defective Chinese jack stands from Harbor Freight I wouldn't even consider a lift that has been imported.

I'm going to be buying a 2 post Rotary soon. Going with the 2 post for working on and storing. If you're only going to use it a couple times a year, you might be able to get by with a cheaper brand

Two post rack, they're cheap sometimes. I have seen them on FB Marketplace
for $1200 to $1800 used and new.

Also, what if the kids mess with the rack, and they lower it on themselves? If they
can't get to the latches, I guess it's safe...

Good point about the kids lowering the rack.
