I'm not sure if the Northern part of California's theft issue with Camaro's being outright jacked and stripped within hours has anything to do with it.

I recently went to Orange County back in August of 15, had an amazing time out there and had my car untouched and left outside without any issues for nearly 3 weeks.

Personally, I wouldn't think twice about attending a Camarofest in Northern Cali, a lot of folks here wouldn't either for the above said reason.

Southern Cali though? Sign me up!! Even though the gas prices suck...

Anything preventing the west coast from organizing their own fest?

Complaints solve nothing and really get old after so many years. Form a car club, throw a car show. It's not magic.

Sonoma Raceway would be a good location...both a road course and a drag strip!

But given the majority of the Camaro5/6 membership is over in flyover country/east coast...I could see why they wouldn't.
