Are you on skinny fronts?
What mode? Track,sport, or tour.
Wondering if tour might give you more weight transfer.

Tires and shock valving are two big things.

Yes 18x5s on front with a 26" tire. I'm always in sport mode havent really tried anything else. I saw gm will have some calibration for the elsd for the zl1 on their drag racing program

Might want to try touring mode if you are on factory MRC

Have you considered BMR lower trailing arms and cradle lockout kit? Not sure they would help with your 60' or not.

I would be leery of doing a lockout kit for either the cradle or differential without adjustable shocks..... just my .02

https://www.dscsport.com/dsc-controllers/

You can tune the Magnetic ride with this controller. I personally love it. And the car even rode better in daily driving.

Do you have actual evidence of a problem or are you just hypothesizing?

Both I guess.

Lockouts/bushings allow less deflection, so it hits your tires harder. I can show before/after datalogs on my car to prove this, even though it's kind of common sense.

As I mentioned before, the biggest hurdle is the initial drivetrain shock.... I've had plenty of manual cars to know this to be true, and again it's pretty common sense.... it's the reason why most manual cars run bias ply tires.

Only way to control this would obviously be (preferably double) adjustable shocks... because.. well.. common sense again.

Yes, but if you are not able to run bias ply slicks due to limited size offerings and have to run DRs, it can help minimize wheel hop.

The eLSD calibration is already available for road course which is supposed to help you come out a corner quicker. While I suspect that could also work for launching the car, I have not heard about a specific calibration coming out for drag racing. Did you see any info or articles mentioning something coming?

+1 on using tour suspension setting which should help car squat a little more vs sport mode.

I also understand the fastest NA M6 guys are launching at 6K, although that seems pretty extreme to me.

I thought i read something about gms drag development program for the zl1 and a new calibration for the elsd.

I've heard of 1 guy launching at 6500 and getting a 1.46 60 ft!

maybe you have experience with lockouts or solid bushings and running them without anything to soften the load? or are you hypothesizing?

Source BMR suspension, unless they are hypothesizing But I did not claim they would soften the load.
