Since when did GM release images of Z28?! That's Jinx' design right there!!! If GM released something, I want to see it. The closest I know of was in the little blurbs on the bonus disc of TFROTF and in "... An American Icon." $8K over SS sounds too good to be true for everything that article is quoting, however, I'd sh*t my pants if that were the case. If they can make that car, I'd sell what I had to to get one

Still wonder how this will compare to the HPE550... The Z28 will need to be pushing around 650 HP at the crank in order to keep up/beat it.

Not really. the HPE550 starts at 59.5k.

If you consider that the z28 is suppose to be priced under the vetts, then no it does not really have to complete since you are looking at vastly different price points.

So unless the z28 ends up being 60k to own, it doesnt have to compare perfectly to them. Would be nice it it did though.
