BC light tint covers (static cling)

Any of you BC'ers happen to know if we're okay to use those static cling tints on our lights? to give a black out appearance but still allow the light through?

Not sure. But if they are static cling, they should at least give you the oppertunity to remove them on the spot.

Indeed. I wouldn't see the harm as long as it doesn't obsucre visibillity of the light brightness.

I have the static cling tint installed for about a month now. at daytime, the taillights are totally black, and most of the time I drive with the taillights on.

no tickets yet.

I guess we have to take our chances as the people without front license plate.

check out the new video I took a few days ago, it shows how dark the tints are.

Just wondering, has any modifications been done to the tail lights or are all of those cool tricks from the factory?
