Check some wrecking yards/junk yards and see if any have a summit white left front fender. You might get lucky and find one that does not require any painting and save a few bucks. White does not age or vary as bad as some of the darker colors.

I got mine from the dealership for low 200's I think. I only pay 7% tax on the dealer cost though as the parts guy puts my stuff on his personal account and I pay him directly.
Either way OEM ones aren't real expensive unpainted.

Holy crap you are lucky. Could have been substantially worse.
I used to have an....Astro Van (I know), and when I lived in Upstate New York a deer ran right in front of me, hit it at 60MHP. My van basically looked like it was melting afterwards. Anyhow, now is your chance to upgrade! I saw a guy selling a set of carbon fiber front fenders in the For Sale section for like $800? Don't quote me on that price though.

Keep in mind if you dont mind the panel gap being perfect all the way Capa certified parts are a fraction of the cost. Looks like 50 bucks for the fender and 50 for shipping + paint and install. Probably 300 bucks all said and done if you can do the install yourself.

An OEM panel is close to $200 Its the paint/ blend that is expensive.
Removing fender has 3 bolts under the hood 2 under the rocker 2 by the door hinges, and 1 under the bumper. Then there is the secret 1. dead center in the fender itself under a piece of foam |

I think there are sellers on e-bay who sell painted body parts just not sure if their parts are oem.

I actually just had this done two weeks ago. A new OEM fender with body shop painting and blending cost roughly $1400 at my GM dealer. If im not mistaken, the fender itself costs around $400 not painted.
