Mass Air Flow Sensor
Is this located after my air filter. But before the throttle body?

Yes held in by two screws right after the air filter.

Pull it out and use CRC Mass Airflow sensor cleaner-don't use carb cleaner.

Is it a good idea to spray them out routinely? With mass air flow cleaner

Or do you just undo the screws and clean in the engine compartment?

The connector on my ZL1 is different from what is shown on this video, it has a grey connector on the bottom, after I lift it up I pull on the connector and it doesn't unlatch!
