I do the same thing. That is why I always by two if the price is right. On the other hand, most everything is massed produced today so unless it is an error or special edition low numbers run (100 or less) it is not going to be worth much money in our lifetime… I have thousands in my collection and yes many are still in there original unopened package.

Glad to see you finally found them Moose. I still need to find the red RC. Did you happen to see/buy the 1/32 JADA Radio control concepts too?

Thanks. I haven't see the 1/32. I think I'm going to try and stop myself from buying much more. AT this rate, I'd probably have a very nice down payment on the real one!

Exclamation go here to buy them

My first post here, but I bought 2 1/16th R/C concepts at the end of November. I found a few websites for them but this one was the only place I could actually see SOME kind of pic for them. http://www.collectablediecast.com $19.95 I bought the silver(49mhz) and red(27mhz) one and with shipping it ran almost $50. Not bad at all. Cool thing about them, run both at same time without signals interferring.

I just picked up two 27 mhz Camaros myself today at the store. This is the first time I've even seen these small versions.
Are the 1/32 scale?

I have a Silver 1/18 scale, now to find a red on on store shelves

Are the two 27 mhz Camaro's red? I just checked mine; the silver, both 1/18th and 1/24 scale are 49 mhz, and the red are 27 mhz. So, I guess all red are 27 mhz, all silver 49 mhz.

As far as the smaller R/C's, the 1/32 retail for $9.99 @ Target, and the 1/24 retail for $12.88 at Wal Mart. As far as finding that 1/18 red R/C, I've seen them at Target, alot more frequently now.

Good greif.....I bought another R/C today . This time, I bought the 1/24th. Now, I have 3 concepts...... I had to do it. My boy loves playing with all my diecasts. I won't let him touch the Camaro's but it's hard to tell him no. I love spoiling my boy . So, I saw the R/C at Target and picked it up. He's been running that thing all over the living room tonight. It's actually really cool to see it just run all over the place (even on carpet) . If it breaks bumping into walls or he breaks it somehow, I'll just go buy him another one. He's NOT getting to play w/ mine.

Maybe mine are 1:24 now. One Silver, one Red, both 27MHz, they were $12.88 at that God-awful Walmart store.
I picked up my Silver 1:18 RC car from Target for $19.99

They had more, I was going to buy them and flip them on eBay, but I see the prices aren't that much more then retail there.
