I have been trying to sell my 6spd manual 2010 with 4K miles on it and the same mods (other than wheels - I have the suspension, CAI, full exhaust, etc) for $26,900 and I can't even get a bite. I would say 29-30 is way too much

Honestly no way you are going to get $29-$30k you can get a used 2011 and 12's for $29k.
The problem is the majority of people do not want or do not trust buying a modded car (myself included) if you could remove the majority of the bolt-on's and sell them to re-coupe some $$$. Remember a stock car will always be more valuable than a modded car the mods become a wash you need to base your pricing off a stock car. I feel $25k is in the right ball park for your car.

I sold my car for $33,750.
2010 2SS/RS 5,500 miles. Very similar mods. You will not sell it on here for $29,000. Forums are the best place to buy a car not sell. List it on Auto Trader and Craigslist. See what you get. Good luck to you! |

One of our locals had been listing his lightly modded 1SS here for a while. Was asking $27.
Ended up trading it in (gasp) since he couldn't sell it. He didn't get 27k for it in trade. I know times are tough and we all want to get what we think our cars are worth. People are broke and losing their jobs left and right though. It's almost sad. GLWS! Ivan |
