Took the plunge
Welp I did it (pending the dealership gets it from the other dealership in PA)
Blue ray metallic 2SS RS 1LE, Dual mode exhaust and sunroof(didn't ask for it but it had it...anddd I'm having mixed feelings...well...not mixed feelings just the shock of my car payment increasing substantially...tell me that all of my doubts will go away once I see it in person!! |

I knew what I was willing to pay for a vehicle and after test driving my 1LE with 21 miles on it, I had no problem signing the papers
I think once you take it out for a spin it'll help ease your mind. These cars are quite amazing. |

Not agreeing with Mr. Croft on this one. I'm loving mine so far. Not a fan of sunroofs though. Especially if you plan to track it. Something to consider.

Not a huge track man. I went for the 1LE pretty much because it's a happy medium between the Base SS and the rocket known as the ZL1 not to mention those rims are insanely amazing haha

I was being totally sarcastic. The 1LE is my 2nd 5th gen.

All the Best Wishes
Best of luck, sounds awesome. Post pics as soon as you have the new girl.
It really is an awesome car. I get amazing looks and positive compliments. Even from people I never really expected. You will see what I mean. The dual mode is great, the handling is great, and the gearing combo is awesome, real fun to drive. Jim |

You are gonna love it. I'm on a four day road trip on the CA coast with mine now. Absolutely am diggin it more every mile. Finally got enough break in miles on it to have some fun. I did a couple of full throttle passes on a back road, rowing through the gears. This beast is fast!!!

You will not be disappointed...I'm in the same boat about the sunroof. Not a fan but was equipped already from the dealer I bought from. Not a big deal enough for me NOT to buy. I love my 1LE!

Originally I did not want it with the 1LE, but now glad I have it. And at the drags they let you keep the roof tipped up in the back. It helps keep things cooler while you wait for your turn at the lights.
