Hey guys, I'm new on here...can't seem to find a standing mile thread. I just ran the TEXASMILE in October and I am curious to see how the car compares to others...Thanks

I ran the Arkansas Mile last year (same company). My best speed was 162. I didnt push the car to the extreme though. I let the auto do the shifting. I will go back next year and be more aggressive. But I dont see getting out of the 160s without more mods.

Yes, tonyfred, my gf and I are good friends with Jennifer Matus, the marketing director. I'd like to travel to some of the other events...Colorado especially.
Anyhow, I went 169.1 MPH with cai, lt's, cat delete, pcv delete and 160* stat. Then 179.4 MPH on 100 hp nitrous and 187.1 MPH on 160 hp. |

Hallettsville? One of my FAVORITE hole in the wall BBQ places in the world is in Hallettsville!!!! NOVASAD'S! Their cabrito ribs are the shit! One of my 2 wheel riding buddies would do a BBQ ride every year, and I always looked forward to running over there... Sorry... had to brag about their Q! Oh, and welcome to the forum... used to live in Katy, TX... lived in the Houston area for close to 30 years. I return you to your thread....
