Car wont start because clutch pedal is not engaging switch thats problem 1 also when you oush the pedal in it pushes down about 3 inches then gets rock hard but does retract back to position. Did you set the clearance and engagement as per RAM's instructions? I just did an install with the new RAM dual disc Billet Clutch and their Hydraulic Throwout Bearing and it went as directed in the instructions. Sounds like it is trying to send the clutch over-center.
Heres a video on the setup

Did it need a pedal stop? I needed one on my Spec slave and it caused the same problem as you when I bled the clutch with too short of a pedal stop.
. Too much pressure buildup and oring failed overnight.
Had to pull trans again and install new oring in the slave.

If it had a spacer...it might be for Ram clutch gap spec. Id say you need to remeasure with those 2 parts. My spacer from Spec on their slave was off by 1.25". It wasnt clear if they were aware the TR6060 was longer than the T56..therefore I needed another 1.25" spacer on top of their's.

The last 3/4 inch for mating trans to block had somw resistance, but nothing excessive. Hyd Line empty when mating trans to block right?
