Overkill Throttle Body Install

I just removed the stock throttle body and attempted to install the overkill throttle body, but I noticed that the connection hits on the right side of the throttle body. Will there be any complications if I install it “upside down”. Will it affect the way the air flows?

Dude, I don't think any one here has the heart to tell you on thanksgiving day... but are you serious right now? I'm not too familiar with the 3.6l, but I reckon you try to install your TB upside down and you're going to have problems, codes, etc.

Yes. There is a very high probability that you will have 'complications'.

I seriously doubt there would be any I'll effects of whether the TB is on right side up, sideways or whatever. As long as there isn't any particular air passage that would be obstructed via different orientation, it shouldn't matter, as it's just a metal blade with an electric drive motor opening/closing it.

Not positive about any ill effects on an N/A car but most if not all root/twin screw superchargers require the TB be mounted upside down due to the jackshaft (Whipple)
