I love the public (sometimes)
Taking my SS to get tuned tmrw. So I go to the gas station to fill up the tank. $37 bucks for half a tank
 As I get back in the car there's a woman walking up towards the building. I started it up and being it has headers w/o cats and Flowmaster exhaust, its LOUD. She dead stops in the middle of the parking lot, lowers her sunglasses and yells "OMG look at this car!!" I drive off, not to sound conceited but it happens a lot so I'm kinda use to it. As I turn out of the lot I notice she is just standing there jaw dropped staring at my car, lol. I get up to the stop sign and look back, yep still frozen just staring. As I pull out on the road, I hit the gas and it just roars!!! She starts jumping up and down clapping her hands. Priceless :-)

$47 for a half a tank? Does the V8 have a larger tank than the V6? $47 fills my V6, and yes, I use premium Shell V-Power...

It takes me 55 ish or so to fill up from nearly empty. Anyway...
Yeah, I love when my car turns heads! Mine is headers, no cats, no mufflers and it sounds nasty. I do want more rumble so I'm trying to get some flow masters to it. |

I didn't realize my gas amount would be so crucial. Half a tank at 3.92 per gallon was 37 and change. Maybe it was just under a half, I didnt take an exact measurement but it was ridiculous regardless. Thanks Obama.
Thanks all, it was cool. Later on I had the car in my garage w the hood open putting my ninja bra on for the trip tmrw and a group of teens walked by and one said "whoa is that a vette, look at that hood" another "no that's a Camaro, wow...hey!! We love your car, its badass" Gotta love it
