Engine bogging down!?

Need some more help guys. I started my Z the other weekend after it had been sitting in garage for about a year. It idled fine (man i miss that sound), but whenever i would blip the throttle, it acted like i was turning it off for a second then it would come back on. However, when i would slowly rev up, there were no problems. Any suggestions?

Haha I'd say not, those are pretty simple fixes, granted the vacuum leak isn't something horrible
