ZL1 MPG
I just picked up a 2013 ZL1 used and I was curious what's the average city/hwy MPG everyone is getting. This car is stock and averaging 10MPG so far in the city. Doesn't sound right to me even for a 580 HP car. Hoping it just needs to see some HWY speeds to increase the average MPG on the odo. I have reset it btw. Highest I get is 11MPG. Haven't had a chance to do a fuse pull or refill with 93 octane.

Your MPG is going to very on how you drive your car and wether your in stop and go traffic. If you drive your car like a mad man then your MPG's will reflect accordingly and visa versa. I can not speak for the other members who have ZL1's but my MPG's are consistently 17.

I had a 12 SS modded and was averaging 18 MPG and 22-26 HWY. That's what shocked me on the ZL1. Was expecting lower but not 8-11MPG.

On the first 6200miles i got an average of 13,6 mpg. Including high speeds and heavy traffic at the rush hour (Daily Driver).
Even with constantly over 130mph whenever possible plus 8 runs on the drag strip i managed 10,5mpg+. So with this in mind, 10mpg or lower theres either something wrong, or you have a pushbutton installed where others have pedal.

Around 11k miles, and I'm averaging about 16mpg with my '13 ZL1 automatic, mostly city driving, on 93 octane.

I have just under 1000 miles and averaging 14. Haven't had it on the highway much, mostly in town.

Normal tank of gas is about 16.xx with mixed driving, mostly highway.

I averaged roughly 9 MPG on my '13 auto ZL1 which was horrible gas mileage. and believe it or not, that was with me being easy on the throttle 80% of the time.
