I love my 1LE. As was noted above, there will always be the next big thing right around the corner. If the you are buying a car to keep for several years, wait a few weeks and make a more informed decision, but the 1LE is a substantially different car from the general SS of you appreciate handling as well as power. I'm glad I made my decision. I enjoy it most every day.

I am happy with my 13. I think I will have a low numbers car when all is said and done. A one year model in a fairly rare color with a low production option. Not that it will be the next serious collectors car, but someday it will be hard to find. I am not bothered by my choice one bit. By changing the cars for 14 they may make the 13 more desireable as people may not like the changes as much. Just my 2 cents

I think I would be just as happy to see you riding around in a black Z28 as I would be to get my 1LE. What's gonna make it worthwhile is knowing you had a part in putting it all together in the Z threads.

I'm glad I got my 13 1LE, will see what 14's look like or have new options, but either way I am already too deep in modding this one to worry about what might come later....

OP you're thinking too much, go order your 1LE already!! You may wind up with some butt ugly options for 2014... and this may create a mad rush for the 2013 MY SS 1LE. This 2013 SS is an awesome vehicle!!

It is awesome for sure. I just can't make the choice without knowing what's coming for 2014. Saw a rumor of a new Blue today and that's really the biggest thing I'm waiting for. One thing is for sure though, Lord willing, I'm not waiting for a 2015.

I dont think i'll regret the purchase of my 1le. the way i look at it is any subtle body changes will probably be available after the release (bumpers, spoilers, lights, etc). an ls7 would be out of my price range and i doubt to see a z/28 for the 5th gen camaro. i plan on waiting for the 6th gen and then making my move on a z/28 if it is ever to exist again.

i think id feel kind betrayed if there were and excessive amount of zl1/1le parts on the 2014 model. appearance would not bother me that much but performance parts ie suspension id be kinda

^ lol... it's a camaro... the car isn't that exclusive. I doubt they will share much... i doubt they change won't go anymore beyond just getting some cosmetic upgrades. I just wonder when the camaro will get the motor that's in the new vette. THey did with the past camaros.

not intended to be serious but it would be kinda like wtf i paid an extra 3500 for some very unique features and now they are standard for the next MY at a fraction of the price. on the other hand im all for new stuff that hasnt been seen. Mag ride as a 2-3k option COPO seat option, an ls7, stuff for the v6 guys etc. Those would be sweet.
