Intense temptation. I wonder if G-Force would re-gear it for me at a discount since it's never been run. I need a 4.56.

What carrier/differential does this have? G-Force doesn't specify on their website. I'd assume it's an S-trac since Strange builds the center section but want to confirm.

Huh??? The list of available gears in the original post doesn't help you understand exactly what's in this particular center section. Per the seller, this has a 3.89...

For inquiring minds - there are actually a lot more gear options than what G-Force shows for this. They can build this with some pretty wild reduction if you're so inclined - remember, they use these sort of center sections in mud trucks with giant tall tires.

You are correct, and you can call them and they will work with you and get you the gears you want

Oh I talked with them - I'm so close to pulling the trigger on this - but I'd have to have someone pick it up for me, and I gotta regear it which brings the price back up towards what I can just get it outright for. Still on my mind daily!
