jumping over to the apartments.
I live over in honors, with all the construction they took away about 1/4 of the parking. You're a junior in AHall? I would shoot myself. It is kinda ironic the worst dorms on campus have arguably the best parking, at least you have something lol.

Nope, they pay me. Which ironically, allows me to have the Camaro.

That's a good idea, may just use my motorcycle.

I will be claiming it on insurance, along with all the cat claw marks from when the cat that lives in the dumpster decided to destroy my car, oh and I'll be claiming the golf ball dent that hit right above my driver side window at work, and let's not forget about my scuffed up bumper from a semi throwing a piece of wood off the road into my car.

It's been a bad 10 months of ownership, I feel sorry for my car.

When I go to class I park next to the dean.. His office is right in front of where me and him park, and there are like 10 cameras there.

I'm very lucky that I get that spot everyday I think most people are scared to park next to him but I'm more scared of door dings Etc than I am of the dean :/

Touche
Sucks about the dent, maybe you should grab one of those closed circuit front/rear recording devices for the future.

Maybe if you can afford a beater car then park anywhere at school/work and have piece of mind in class.

I've given up on having a perfect car. Now all I want to do is be able to make enough money to pay for all the dents and paint problems I have.

Sorry to see that happen to you.

I'll echo what most have said, but this reminds of my first Camaro. It was 79 Z28 and was my only car. I took everyone because I had to. By the time I sold it, I had painted and restored it twice because of exactly what happened to you.

Unfortunately until you can afford to leave it in a garage and only drive and park in controlled areas, it's whats going to happen. Even then, it still happens and no matter what, it does suck because of stupid people, but keep things in perspective.

Watch some of the videos out here on the forum and learn how to correct some of these issue on your own to lessen the pain of having to see it all the time until such a time when you can baby the car a little more. Hang in there, but don't let it discourage you from having a decent car. In the end, they are just cars and they're meant to be driven and used and they're going to dinged, dunked, and banged up.

Hang there and the forum is here for you when you need us.
