1LE specs
I have a friend who was offered a 2014 1LE which was hit by the driver side rear panel, which was replaced with an used one. This panel still have the donor car label with the VIN on it. The guy bought a new label with the correct VIN to replace the donor car one, its that legal? Where he can get the info related that says that this is a SS Camaro with the 1LE package? If I go to Google with just the VIN only get the basic info that says that is a SS Camaro, 8 cyl etc.

1LE is an option and is listed on the RPO codes in the trunk.
There is nothing in the VIN that indicates the Camaro has the option. https://service.gm.com/dealerworld/v...-13%20r1.4.pdf There are some members here who can pull the build sheet from the VIN so you have all the RPO codes. Anybody need a build sheet? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums - Camaro5.com AFAIK, the only official place to get replacement door/jamb stickers is from GM. A dealer will have to order them. I have been waiting since December, when someone smashed my door/quarter panel, for them. Which reminds me, it's time for my monthly call, again...
