when i went to buy our car the local dealer that to tell me the very best he could do was 1000.00 off the window sticker trying to tell me it was at the price they paid for the car.i looked at him and told him if this was the price they paid for the car they needed to fire him and get someone who knew what he was doing....i told him i use to repo for gmac i can make a phone call and tell him to the penny what his dealership paid for the car and that he wasn't worth the phone call..got a great deal the next day in a different state drove to car by to rub salt in the wound

i do know for a fact there is not a big mark up on these cars. i will however never pay sticker for one. yes there are a lot of liars out there, i'm glad i'm friends with the executive manager of a couple dealerships here...they will always get my business because they treated me right in the first place
