Bo it would depend on how many confirm wanting to meet on that night. There is a side room that holds about 35 that would be perfect. If its going to be more, I have some other options that can hold more and has good parking opportunities.

I had lunch their last fest and the food is great. I think it would be a great opportunity for new forum members to meet the other forum members.

We took a chance with the Hotwire thing (Dont know the hotel until you pay for it) ended up at the Hyatt Place on Center Street. Couldn't beat the price.
