Redneck land my a**, brother. I'm a hillbilly anyway, so nobody cares, enjoy your sweet taxes and Murphy's law
Better get going with that new 1000+ rwhp monster build of yours then or you'll get spanked But hey, at least you'll have a first row seat to my exhaust sound solo (just to "stay" on topic)

Good call, just understand without NPP, it will get really loud if you go with headers at some point. Some people love it, some people end up modifying it further to make it quieter. Honestly, I think the AWE system was designed to sound best with the stock manifolds in place because that's likely how they do their testing. I don't think they were doing any testing with cars with headers because its just so darn loud. AWE sounds amazing though with stock manifolds.

I have 2” headers and high flow cats. NPP with that sounds awesome. Cat delete prob sounds like crap though from what I have heard, add in the fact you hurt top end performance by removing the suitcase I would just keep it.

Removal of suitcase ruins top end? Please elaborate.

I haven’t noticed any difference in top end on the track with the suitcase removed. Just for grins (and because I like tinkering) I made a sheet metal cover to bolt on between the 2 AWE mufflers just to see if it could be done. I don’t have any pics. I’ll eventually modify my design a little bit and get it powder coated. I’ll do some pics then.

Oh, ok, it’s aerodynamics, not loss of hp, got it.
