Car Covers

Looking for a car cover that won't cost an arm and a leg to cover my ZL1 while it is parked under an enclosed Carport so nothing real fancy is needed.

The one I had for the Corvette is too small!

Thanks!

Mine is parked in the garage a lot when not in use - it’s not a daily. I use a cheap Budge Duro. It keeps the black from getting dusty so quickly. Haven’t noticed any scratches from it but just started using it a month ago. Fwiw

Which ever one you decide on, just make sure the car is clean before you put it on.

I bought my first one from I believe car covers .com. It wasn’t bad, but when left in the baking sun the plastic stuff inside starts to flake off. Most cheap covers do this. If it’s under a car port you shouldn’t have this problem.

After that I switched to a Noah block it cover which of course was more but it’s held up Great over a year now to the baking sun and elements. My car stays outside until garaged in storage in winter.

Most cheap if not all covers are also not pre fit. The more expensive ones are.

My Noah is a prefit cover.

Check out https://www.covercraft.com/us/en/

They have a lot of nice covers.

I use the GM accessories one. Super nice and has the Camaro logos on it and I believe there is one with zl1 logos

Hi there, mate. Actually, I have my car parked in the carport, so I have nothing to advise you. But you know, tbh, I used to have a cover until my friend from https://carportaustralia.com.au/colorbond-carport/ built me a carport. You know, I guess I found the cover for my Camaro somewhere on Amazon. Tbh, I just can’t remember, but I guess you can find it there without any difficulties. Btw, why do you really need it? If you don’t often go for trips by car, a carport is what you need. Anyway, keep us updated.
