What else is needed for new coilovers?

Going to be ordering a set of coilovers and was wondering what else I would need for installation. I don't want to reuse anything from the stock struts.

What coilovers are you planning on going with?

Best regards,

I don't believe you need anything other than what is included, but I don't have much experience with BC coilovers. Most coilovers are pretty strait forward and don't require anything else.

Was wondering about the top isolator mount. Should I order new ones?

Based on your signature sounds like you put some money into your car. Why go with a low end coil over? If you plan on lowering or going with wider wheels at some point, consider a coil over that you can a decent amount of camber adjustment with. From personal experience, I run a 20x10 with a 35 offset. I have Pfadt feather lights and was running their camber plates. Due to a track mishap I broke a front coil over and lost a part of the camber plate. Unfortunately Pfadt stopped making them at the time. I was lowered an inch all around. Once I had the coil over repaired I was unable to lower the front to the same height I had before and still keep my aggressive street camber alignment due to clearance issues between the strut and tire.

I'm waiting to see if anyone is going to remake the camber plates, if not in a few months I'll be swapping to RideTech coil overs. While they don't use a camber plate, you can rotate the top mounting plate to gain more clearance to run a wide wheel or lots of camber.

I'm not here to sell anyone Ridetech, but after owning both Pedders XAs and Pfadt coil over and see them go out of business, my next set will be from a company that's been around for 20 years.

My car is mostly a 1/4 mile daily driver that sees more streets than track, so I can't see spending a huge amount on coil overs made for track days. I just swapped to same tire setup, 20x10 #35 offset. Only reason I am looking at bc or Megan was because of reviews from here saying people love them. I won't be lowering my car due to driveway limitations. Just wondering about top mounts for these coil overs. They say they reuse stock top mounts.

You wont have any problems reusing the top mounts.
