Do they charge extra for handling the TPMS?

I just took the metal cover off of the center caps. It's just black plastic underneath. Looks alright

That's up to the people who mount your tires back on. I think mine was $2 per tire extra

how do you powdercoat all your wheels? because i don't have the option to lift my car, would have to let it stand 2 weeks out without the wheels, and how to you put off, and after back on the tires onto the rims??

because all powdercoater i asked only told me to send the pure rims, nowhere i could bring my car and get it 2 weels later back.
