gear ratio or reflashed chip cause smog trouble in Ca?

When purchasing a used Camaro and having it smog tested in Ca, what if a gear ratio change was done and or a computer re flash to correct the speedometer was done, would this create a problem at the smog station?

I see that the GM 3.91 gears are CARB approved, but what about aftermarket 3.91 gears without the CARB sticker on a car that has been recalibrated for the ratio change?

Thanks!

No issues. The vehicle no longer is ran on the rollers. As long as you aren't throwing a CEL you are all good. Gears play no role to my understanding. Best of luck!
