Anyone running nitrous with the a holley NOS PART# 05160NOS, I have this system on a stand alone with C-16 and wanting to know what jet size and psi works best for a 200-250 hp shot. I would like proven results over me guessing on what might work.

Why wouldn’t you start with the jets Holley recommends to get started? Look for the size jets they recommend with the fuel you are using. The jets for nitrous should be consistent across the board and then the fuel size varies based on your pump pressure and fuel type.
