So does sharing a car allow them to drive it? Ive read conflicting info. Some of them said you have to give it and hope you get it back.

What you do is add someone to your friend's list.
Then go to your garage, select the car, select gift. Then select your friend. On your friend's screen..an asterik (*) will appear under Community. You will have a ticket (similar to when you win a car), you select to save it. Then go to your Delivery area and select to use the ticket. There isn't really a "trade" option, you basically gift each other cars..so it's based on an honor system. Also, this can only be done once every 24 hours. |

I tend to use the word trade because, I personally don't expect to be just gifted a car. I want people to know upfront, that I will reciprocate by offering something in return as a courtesy.
That's the way I roll!

You can force the Used Car lot to update, but it's a little tedious. Go to the test section, open a test (like the Stopping Challenge) and back out instead of hitting start. Each time you do that 6 new cars will appear in Used Cars so you'll have to open/close the test 5 times to update all 30. |

Anyone need a NASCAR? I have a Carl Edwards #99 AFLAC Car brand new I won on a Level 21 gift ticket. I'm looking for rare standard race cars preferably, like touring cars and stuff (320i Touring Car, Integra Touring Car, etc). Or what else you have?

OOPS!
I've been going on car-buying binges and apparently I have a bad memory. Here are some "repeat" cars that I'd like to trade: [UPDATED:] * One 1987 Buick GNX (Black, of course) * 2000 Chevrolet Camaro SS (Mystic Teal Metallic) * TWO 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS (Burnished Brown Metallic/white stripes) * 1971 Dodge Charger Super Bee 426 Hemi (Butterscotch) * 1967 Mercury Cougar XR-7 (Polar White) I'd consider trades for: * Chevelle SS 454 '70 * Chrysler Prowler '02 * Eagle Talon Esi '97 * Pontiac Solstice Coupe Concept '02 * Pontiac Sunfire GXP Concept '02 * VW Karmann Ghia Or maybe even: * Fiat 500F '68 * Fiat 500L '69 * Fiat 500R '72 * Ford Mustang GT '05 Hey, make an offer! Even if it's a crapbox, I'll consider it if I don't already have one. Last edited by RAdams; 01-30-2011 at 07:17 PM. |

SOLD! My ID is MarsSpork. I have no idea of the mileage on either GNX, but I'll send the one with the lowest miles this evening after work. Look for it between 5pm-7pm CST.
