Child Car Seat?

Any parents out there that can give me some advice on which car seat for a toddler seems to fit in the back of the Gen 5's the best? Mine fits, but it's really bulky. I tried searching the forums, but it just bombs out on me.

Thanks.

How old is she and how much does she weigh? It might be better to look at a booster seat.

I don't know what kind, but she looks close to my nephew's size, and my mom just ordered a booster seat for her car, and we'll put it in the back of mine so he can ride in Uncle Dee's race car.

On second look, he's older than your girl is, so maybe she's not big enough for that, but I have no clue, I'm the uncle, I only get the kids for the fun stuff

I have the Recaro proride in my camaro and it fits great. Depending on her weight and what you want I would highly recommend it. I don't have any pics of it installed, but if fits nicely. It also converts to a booster seat, but my daughter is not there yet so don't know how easily.

My boys are 6 and almost 8, I run two booster seats. I have the younger one behind me.

i had a Graco back there in mine. most times it was just myself and my son though, so i could move the passenger seat forward to make it fit better. now i have a booster seat so it's a non-issue. even with a passenger in the front. i had my oldest (almost 6) in his booster and my youngest son (2 on the 13th) in his car seat before with my wife in the front seat. we all fit, but it was back breaking putting the 2 year old back there.

my issue is now that my wife and i just had our third child (a girl!) about 4 weeks ago...lol. so no more family rides in the Camaro.

I have had two sets of britax in mine and now have two britax boosters. All of them have fit fine only the cupholders don'y work due to middle hump. No drinks in my car anyways so no big deal to me.

+1 on Recaros. My son aged out of his booster just prior to getting my Camaro, but I had two different Recaro models for my narrow Celica bucket seats. He loved them, and they never scratched the leather. (One had a built in sound system, lol.) Other suggestions in links above. HTH.

A quick pic I took the other day of my Recaro. Tight squeeze behind the driver seat, but with my son due on June 25th, the rear facing will go behind the passenger seat. I also have the same seat in my truck and love them both. Much easier to use than the britax in my wifes car. The straps on the britax are just annoying. Also it is awesome how the red matches the stitching on the seats. The only issue is the LATCH points are very close in the camaro, so it takes some effort to attach both, but not anything extreme.

I have two booster seats in the back that I bought from Target for $15 each. They have cup holders too.

She looks around 2-3 yrs old just like my daugther, I use an Evenflo car seat and no issues and fits good in the back. I may upgrade to the Recaros pictured above.

Do you guys think that if its a newborn with the car seat facing backwards behind the passenger seat. That another passenger would fit?
