745 this afternoon on Sherwood Hall Lane heading east, yellow 2014 RS lights with which looked like a different hood maybe hiding some thing under it. Wasn't in my camaro at the time.

Today in Fredericksburg I saw an IOM on 17sb. They honked at me, but I was distracted by something around me. Hope they are on here. Also, saw a black vert and a red HT at the light by wawa on rt 2/17.
