Why do everyone say these hook very well? Did I maybe get a pair of duds? I feel much less traction than the Goodyears. What are you guys running in air pressure?

How many miles have you put on them???Recommended break in mileage is about 200 miles...I run 32psi...Your driving habits could cause the new tires to feel a little loose...I didn't baby the tires once they were installed, but I wasn't overly aggressive with them either...They will break traction in the lower gears as any other tire would...Hope this helps...

Hmmm, you're in Texas. It don't get below 70 much so you may not see the full benefit of the BFG's. No complaints about the grip of the GY's at higher temps.

At 60 and below the BFG's hook WAYYYY better than the GY's.....

The other huge plus is the fact that at any temp the BFG's don't pick up every little thing on the road and pepper the car with it....

I think you'll like them after awhile.

And you see a noticeable difference when they slice thru standing water...I was coming out of Atlanta last weekend and travelling thru a major thunderstorm, didn't have to decease speed at all...I did try to out run the storm but continued to drive into it...
