Have any used the 160 thermostat

Its very common for anyone that's done a cam/tune and other mods.
Not if it'll make much difference on a stock engine.

You will need a tune to turn the fans on sooner to make it work. I had one on my 2011.

i've got one, really helped keep temps down while staging and it should have a good impact on a road course. a little tip when refilling the coolant: take the upper radiator hose off of the radiator and fill the engine through the hose. i think mine has finally passed all of the air pockets.
as mentioned you will need to tune the fans to come on earlier
